Shadow Work Coaching (Initial consult)

Service Description

I will consult with your spiritual team and then we will meet for a 30 minute consultation to discuss. I will then design a program specifically for you to do some shadow work. We will be in touch weekly, to assess your progress and make any adjustments that may be needed.
